Your participation will not only contribute to the success of the event but also create memorable experiences and connections. Join us for a day of fun, camaraderie, and positive impact!

Volunteer responsibilities include assisting with the packaging, sorting, and distribution of Omamori for a truly fulfilling and enjoyable experience. Join us in spreading positive energy and making a meaningful impact at this unique event.

We are also looking for a volunteer photographer that could help during the ceremony, your photos will be uploaded to our website.

Maui and Hawaii Wildfires

The Daijingu Temple of Hawaii would like to send our deepest sincere condolences to the survivors and families of the wildfires that devastated the County of Maui and the Big Island, especially to the city of Lahaina in Maui for losing their loved ones, homes, communities, and friends.

It’s finally here! Year of the Rabbit Design!

We are now offering pre orders for the “Year of the Rabbit” t-shirt design. This has been originally designed for the Daijingu Temple of Hawaii and will be printed in limited quantities. The t-shirt color is ash with a black print on either the front or back side.

Dispose your old omamori

Don’t forget to bring in your old omamori to be discarded and burned. A trash bin will be available to dispose all your old omamori. Please separate the metal from any products since metal cannot be burned. Mahalo.

Get your limited time offer T-shirt design, a Daijingu Temple Hawaii original “Year of the Tiger” for 2022.  Designed by a local artist and printed locally here on island.
